What you can expect when joining us for this role:

In 2 months

Be familiar with the running campaigns and its objectives
Manage reporting process for our major clients
Manage the coordination of digital ad copy production

In 4 months

Be familiar with major we operate platforms (e.g. DSP, Ad Tracking, Analytics)
Manage the setup and optimization of campaigns
Manage day-to-day budget spending

In 6 months

Independently manage day-to-day operation
Take responsibility of achieving campaign KPI

Responsibilities:

  1. Following up campaign status and prepare campaign reports regularly
  2. Daily management of campaign setup and optimization
  3. Execute audience research insights for clients
  4. Be informed about the latest market trends in Programmatic Buying
  5. Demonstrate knowledge by participating brainstorming sessions for programmatic strategies

Requirements:

  1. Important: Can do attitude!
  2. Experience in hands-on managing performance marketing campaigns (e.g. SEM, Display) – minimum 2 years
  3. Expert in responding to statistical data
  4. Bachelor and above degree preferred
  5. Native Chinese and basic English communication skills
  6. Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
  7. Ability to prioritize & manage multiple priorities
