Responsibilities:

  • Create and operate Social CRM programs that meet project objectives
  • Build and grow scalable consumer database/Wechat bound members
  • Create targeted marketing programs that drive the company brand and improve Wechat follower engagement
  • Align client’s global and local direct-to-consumer-communications via various channels (Wechat, Email, SMS) and ensure that all communication processes are consistent with their global policies and China regulations.
  • Manage clients of assigned Social Media/Social CRM projects and achieve set KPIs
  • Work with the Social Media Team in driving strategies and executions, especially in the area of Communication/Content Planning of Social CRM programs.
  • Work with Strategic Planner and Project Leaders in conceptualizing and creating innovative ideas to optimize performance of assigned projects
    Create weekly and monthly reports, and present them to clients
  • Be abreast with the fast changing technology, trends and techniques on China Digital/Social Media space and be able to apply them on assigned projects
  • Participate in sales pitches/proposal creation and presentations to effectively sell the Social CRM service

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, with hands on experience in digital marketing campaigns and direct marketing progra
    ms
  • Proven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
  • Solid experience on CRM (points/loyalty programs, membership programs) highly preferred
  • Proven experience developing value propositions for consumers – whether through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program development
  • Experience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and messaging
    Strong analytic skills
  • Strong leadership, creativity & innovation, and priority-setting
  • Negotiation and partner management skills
  • Good written and oral English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
